Very interesting find here. If you see, the one drummer is seated on a drum called gome, a frame drum that is played with hands while the feet alter the pitch. I came across this at a funeral where several different drumming groups were performing. This music was quite different. The drum itself is found along the coast of West Africa and even made its way up to Northern Ghana.
