A good example of how fish are smoked. This stove is built for the purpose and numerous materials can be used to smoke the fish (in this case a type of mackeral). I have seen corn husks, mangrove wood and coconuts being used. Each material will give a slightly different flavour. Some controversy about the mangrove method though as it is depleting some natural habitat in some areas.
